What are your hours of operation?

Our website is open for orders all day, every day. You may contact us with questions via email and expect a response weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST.

 

How do I find out about special offers and promotions?

We send out periodic emails and mailers to our customers announcing special offers and/or promotions for our products.

 

Do you provide technical medical equipment support or advice?

Questions related to medical equipment and supplies should be directed to the product manufacturer who can provide you with answers to your technical questions.

 

Where is your company located?

Our corporate offices are located in New Jersey. We deliver to anywhere in the continental United States.

 

Do you have a store or facility where I can pick-up products and/or supplies?

We do not have a store. All orders should be placed online. We will then ship the items directly to your door. This provides you with convenience and the lowest possible cost.

How do I place an order?

All orders must be placed through our secure, seamless, and simple web site.

 

How do I know that my order was placed correctly?

Upon completing your order you will see an order confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email after your order request has been processed. If you have any questions regarding your order status please contact our Customer Service Department.

 

I think I may have inadvertently placed a duplicate order. What should I do now?

Email us. We will void the order for you as long as it has not yet been invoiced or shipped. If duplicate orders have been shipped, obtain the tracking number(s) for the order(s) you do not want and call the shipping carrier to refuse those shipments. You will be refunded in full when those items are returned to us.

 

Can I add, change or remove items from my order after it has been submitted?

No. Once an order is submitted it cannot be changed online. You will need to email us. Once the order has been processed, items cannot be changed.

What forms of payment do you take?

For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa.

 

Is my order subject to state sales tax?

Certain products will be subject to sales tax in adherence with The New Jersey State Tax Code.

 

Will you provide financing?

We do not provide financing at this time.

 

Is your site secure?

Yes. We use PAYPAL and an SSL certification company to keep our customers’ personal information safe and provide you with the highest level of security.

Will you ship my product to my home?

Yes, we will provide shipping to your home within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

 

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time. Some products require signature upon delivery.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

When will my products arrive?

All orders are shipped, on average, within 48-72 hours from the time your order is placed. On average you should expect to receive your order within 8-12 business days from the time that you place your order.

 

What are our shipping and delivery methods?

Independent Field Service LLC delivers most packages USPS Package Delivery, Special Oversized Delivery by freight, and occasionally US Postal Service. USPS will make between 1-3 delivery attempts. 
USPS Package Delivery is our primary delivery method for items weighing less than 150lbs. Additional fees are charged for expedited delivery available on request. Oversized Delivery is used for items that exceed size and weight standards of USPS and are sent by Freight Carrier. Independent Field Service LLC will make a note on your order for the trucking company to call ahead and schedule a delivery in which you will be able to accept the delivery. If you are not home then usually they will either try and redeliver or leave the product on your driveway or near your garage. This does not include delivery or setup into your residence or business.

 

Where do we ship?

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE CONTIGUOUS 48 UNITED STATES, only shipping to regular addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.

 

Our shipping and delivery rates?

Shipping is provided to our customers for a flat fee of $5 and $1 for each additional item.
Some items due to oversized packaging or special shipping requirements will ship freight and require additional fee. This is indicated in product description or we will call you.

 

When will my order ship?

All orders received before 2pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day (Subject to Stock and Availability) Products will be shipped UPS Ground (3-5 days appx.)
If paying with a check the order will be shipped once the check clears.
Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday. Orders received on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 08:30 am to 05:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.

 

When Will My Order Arrive?

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from product warehouses strategically located throughout the US. Depending on your location USPS could be anywhere from 1-4 days.
Example: USPS package delivery
Order placed: Saturday
Ground Delivery: Orders will be processed Monday shipping from our warehouse late Monday, arriving at your shipping address between Wednesday and Friday (depending on the proximity of the shipping address to our closest warehouse).

 

How do we ship multiple Items?

Independent Field Service LLC ships items from multiple distribution points; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. You may also receive some of your order a day or two before you receive the rest of your order depending on what distribution center ships your product. 

Items that will ship separately: 

>> Items that have different shipping methods 

>> Items are not available in one warehouse’s on the same day

 

How Can I track my Order?

If you provide a valid e-mail address when you order, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. Do not call customer service as they will not have access to this information.
If you created an account you may login and view your order history and email notifications including your tracking numbers. Independent Field Service LLC does not currently ship any products outside of the United States.

What if I do not want the product after I get it?

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. You have up to 30 days to return the products for full refund or exchange. Note: The product must be in the same condition as it was when delivered to you.

 

Who would pay the shipping fee for the return?

Shipping charges would be your responsibility, unless the returned items were shipped to you in error.

 

Do you charge restocking fees for returns?
