Return Policy
Returns are accepted for full credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns made after 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.

Please note: Credit will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale. Merchandise must be in original packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or that now has crushed packaging will not be accepted.
Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Common carrier deliveries must be counted upon arrival and shortages must be documented on delivery receipt. Special orders, sterile items and products that are made unsalable once opened are not returnable. Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy.
